If you're qualified enough, you can find a job at your local community or junior college and teach medical assisting to those individuals thinking of an excellent career in this field. Requirements vary in order for you to teach medical assisting but often, medical assistant instructors must be certified and have at least three years of experience in the field. Being a medical assistant instructor also pays well, just like working in big hospitals or in government positions.

There are many benefits for those that have medical assisting jobs. If it happens that you still haven't landed any of these well paying jobs, you should think of giving yourself better chances of acquiring a good job by undergoing formal training, securing your certification, or undergoing continuing education to keep your certification. There will be more job openings for medical assistants in the coming years as the need for qualified assistants continue to increase, as well.
